For Removal: Please bring your own labor!! Packaging, paper, boxes etc. Very important for D & M Associates does not have labor available to help move the large items!

Do not request shipping AFTER THE AUCTION! Please send in your ship request as soon as possible. We live out of town, and will not have the appropriate transportation for LATE ship requests! Nor will I gather items abandoned and save them for you!!

Normally cards are run automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If you would rather pay cash at removal, you MUST send an email to for that auction NO LESS THAN TWO DAYS before the DAY the auction closes and the email MUST include your name and bidding number. Cash and money orders are accepted, but not personal checks without prior notification TWO DAYS BEFORE the auction closes!

Notes: Anyone can browse the auction catalogs online, but you must register first in order to bid. While items have photographs and good-faith descriptions, you are responsible for your own inspection. Everything is sold as-is, where-is without warranties of any kind.

If you have registered on our website before then you still have a bidder number! If you can't remember your information please get a hold of us and we can help you.

Once you are registered you can start bidding! Click on the "Red" title of the auction that you would like to enter, scroll down to the "Categories" section. From here you can either click on the category that you're most interested or you can look at each item by clicking on "All Items". Page 1 will have items 1-50, page 2 will have items 51-100, etc. You can place your bid number and password on the bottom of any page to log in. Once logged in you can submit your bid next to each item on that page or place several bids then scroll to the bottom of the page to "submit" all bids.

Note that MAX BIDS are an optional features whereby you authorize the software to bid on your behalf up to a designated amount. Sometimes it functions as a tie-breaker: for example, if you enter a $10 current bid with a $100 maximum bid today, and someone else enters a $100 bid during the auction closing, it will award you the high bid since it was time-stamped first.

We also have a new feature and you are able to "Watch" items that you're interested in without bidding. Once you have logged in and are on the main page of the auction, scroll to the bottom and click on "Review Bids" tab. A page will come up with all the items that you have "watched" and have bid on. It's an easy way to keep track of the items you are interested in during the hectic time of the auction closing.

Make sure you're watching the auction when it closes! Many bids are entered at the last minute. Be sure to regularly refresh the page!

Once the auction has finished closing and all credit cards have been charged, you will receive a "Paid in Full" invoice in your email. Please either print this invoice or bring your cell phone with a copy of your receipt to removal. You MUST have a copy of your invoice to retrieve your winning items!

WE SHIP WITH A TWO DAY NOTIFICATION before we leave home (and 2 days before the auction preview) for the auction!! We will ship smalls! However, for larger items (furniture, lamps, etc), removal, packing, labor and storage is the responsibility of the bidder! Please come prepared. Please read all Terms and Conditions! D & M Associates will take all shipping requests to our local Ship Center, they will wrap, pack and insure your items! D & M Assoc. will pay the Ship Center, then charge your CC on file for the shipping to include the handling fee that starts at $12.00 up to $25.00 depending on the labor and time and supplies to collect your items and ready for the Ship Center. Very Important,D & M Associates LLC will take no responsibility of items broken, or damaged during transit to Shipping Center, OR after Shipping Center receives the item from us.

THE OFFICIAL SHIPPING FACILITY OF D&M ASSOCIATES is the SHIPPING CENTER, Lewistown. They ask that you consider this: Items are shipped at your own risk, items will be packed well with professional care. The Shipping Center will not be held responsible for claims denied by the carrier! Items are shipped via the safest and most economical choice of USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipments valued over $500.00 will require a signature for delivery. Shipping insurance value is based on your purchase price, excluding auction premium; claims are paid at the discretion of the carrier and may not include the shipping cost. High Value items shipped - Shipping Center encourages you to investigate coverage with your home owners insurance. By purchasing and requesting shipment from D&M, you are agreeing to have your CC charged for packing and shipping of item(s) by D&M Associates. Items will be processed within one week of receiving items from D&M. If you have shipping preferences or questions, please contact the Shipping Center 406-538-7447. Firearms are handled by an FFL and not the Shipping Center.

Terms: All Terms and Conditions apply. All items sell "As is-Where Is" with no warranties or guarantee and with all faults. A 15% buyers premium will be added to your total purchase, please bid accordingly!

Items in this auction close at a rate of 5 items per minute; 1 through 5 will close at 6pm, 6-10 at 6:01pm, 11-15 at 6:02pm, etc. If you and someone else are bidding on the same lot, then that lot will not close until someone has stopped bidding for 5 minutes. It is important for you to know that once the bidding has started to close, you will NOT receive outbid notices in your email. Please watch your items closely and REFRESH your page often!

This is a credit card only auction. All items are purchased using the credit card information used to register with. All credit card information must be accurate and complete. The address of the CC you register with MUST match the CC statement.

If you are buying a high-ticket item and would like to split payment between two credit cards please let us know before the auction ends. Send Marilyn a short email indicating 1)that you want to use two cards; and 2) how much you would like to charge to the card CURRENTLY on file. After we run the first amount, we'll ask you to update your bidder profile with the second cards information. Once you've done so send a second email saying it's okay to run it for the balance. Due to our fraud prevention policy, we cannot allow you to use more than two credit cards. Both cards must be issued to YOU.

We authorize credit cards prior to auction closing. We authorize $1 charge on all "winning" bidders accounts. It will credited back to your card within a few days. This is not a charge that we keep! We do this only to make sure all credit card information has been put in correctly or hasn't expired. This helps us on the auction closing day to take care of any issues with the credit cards before that time. If there are any issues (declines, address mismatches, etc.) we will email you right away so that you are able to EDIT your personal information on the website.

Please note that you have to follow this procedure every time you want to pay cash. We cannot "flag" your profile to be a cash buyer.

All winning bidders must rely on their own labor, property insurance, packaging, boxes, wrapping, hand trucks, tools, and moving trucks or service AT THE REMOVAL.

If you cannot pickup your items on the day and time indicated please do not bid OR if you request removal of your purchases by another party or by shipping, please indicate so by emailing Marilyn A. Burns - or by calling 406-570-3922 with your bidder number and name of the person removing your purchases from the auction site. Please note you have to follow this procedure every time you want to have items shipped. We cannot "flag" your profile to be a shipping customer. At your expense and by your request we will ship small items via UPS, USPS or Fedex, however we will NOT crate for shipment or deliver your items. We charge your credit card on file for shipping charges plus at least $12 for handling of items. Handling depends on labor costs to gather, wrap, and pack your items and to transport to a shipping center or post office.

If your items are not removed on our specified removal day and we have not been contacted with arrangements, they will be considered ABANDONED.
