T_10001 Yellowstone National Park Winona Carriage Company Auction is Sold and Closed. Circa 1910 Horse Drawn Touring wagon. Thank you!

April 5, 2015 - 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time
We are honored to offer this Circa 1910 Winona Carriage Company, Winona, Minnesota, YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK No. 332 touring horse drawn wagon. This wagon is in it's original condition and has a definite association with the Yellowstone National Park. This unusual piece is awesome just the way it is. The normal wear on it is a distinction of it's past. This one and many like it were used to transfer guests around the Grand Loop tour in Yellowstone National Park. It is a beauty. We are supplying a letter to the Mandeville family for authenticity, however the writer of the letter did not realize this particular Wagon was not an Abbot and Downing, but a Winona Carriage Company wagon as the original tag proves. 1915 was the last year Yellowstone National Park allowed horses into it's park boundaries. This vehicle is selling with with an opening minimum bid set by the Seller, and will be sold to the highest bidder after the opening bid has been met. A 10% buyer's premium applies. Please bid accordingly. It's history and provenance determines an appraised value of approximately $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 as is.
We will continue to supply more information as we get it. It is important to know that this wagon is AS IS WHERE IS with all faults. The bidders understand that it is in it's original condition with signs of wear from weather and age. Please try to make an appointment to view this Yellowstone National Park memorabilia. A great opportunity for collectors.
